Privacy Policy
01Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Invoxtra ("the App") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Invoxtra is built around a simple principle: your invoices, clients, and business data belong to you, are stored in your own iCloud account, and are not sold or shared with advertisers.
02Information you provide
When you use Invoxtra, you may enter information such as:
- Your business name, logo, and slogan
- Client names, addresses, and contact details
- Invoice line items, prices, taxes, and payment status
- Catalog items and pricing you set up for reuse
This information is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data, cannot view it, and do not store copies of it on our own servers.
03Information collected automatically
Invoxtra may use standard, privacy-preserving diagnostics provided by Apple (such as crash logs and aggregated performance data) to help us identify and fix bugs. This data is anonymized and managed under Apple's own privacy framework — you can review or disable this sharing at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
04iCloud sync
If you turn on iCloud sync, your invoices, clients, catalog items, and reminders are transmitted to and stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted and managed under Apple's own privacy and security practices. This data syncs only between your own devices signed in with the same Apple ID — we never have access to it. See Apple's iCloud privacy documentation for details on how Apple handles this data.
05How we use information
Any information you provide is used solely to power the features of the App — generating invoices, organizing clients, tracking income, and syncing across your devices. We do not use your business or client data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as required to provide the App's core functionality (such as Apple's iCloud infrastructure) or where required by law.
06Data retention and deletion
Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as you use Invoxtra. You can delete individual invoices, clients, or catalog items at any time within the App. To remove all Invoxtra data from iCloud, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, select Invoxtra, and choose Delete Data. Deleting the App from your device removes locally stored data but does not automatically delete data already synced to iCloud.
07Children's privacy
Invoxtra is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
08Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because your data is stored locally and in your own iCloud account rather than on our servers, you can exercise most of these rights directly within the App or through your Apple ID's iCloud settings. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
09Website cookies and similar storage
Our website uses browser storage to operate, remember your choices, and—only if you consent—support optional measurement or advertising services. The Invoxtra app itself does not use website cookies.
| Category | Purpose | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Remembers your cookie choice and visual theme. These preferences are stored in your browser using local storage. | Active |
| Analytics | May help us understand aggregate website usage if Google Analytics or another measurement service is enabled. | Denied until accepted |
| Advertising | May support advertising measurement or personalization if Google advertising services are enabled. | Denied until accepted |
Google Consent Mode receives your choice for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization. Optional storage is denied by default and is granted only after you select “Accept all.” Selecting “Reject optional” keeps it denied.
You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. You can also clear stored preferences through your browser settings. Blocking necessary browser storage may prevent the site from remembering your choice.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
